In the anodizing sector, the company developed a solution utilizing German SEW servo control and P+F WCS positioning systems to overcome the dwell-time limitations associated with chemical polishing; this innovation-enabling fully automated operation across chemical polishing pre-treatment and anodizing-has since been widely emulated by industry peers. In the electroplating sector, JYC independently designed and manufactured China's first acidic zinc-nickel production line for automotive calipers and brake brackets, achieving simultaneous certification from Mercedes-Benz and BMW. The company has supplied advanced electroplating equipment to the 55th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (Nanjing). Furthermore, the SAP electroless copper and pattern plating line provided to the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Beijing) placed the facility a decade ahead of domestic competitors, while the LCP electroless copper and pattern plating pilot line supplied to Southeast University (Nanjing) has facilitated the application of LCP materials in the aerospace sector, contributing to the nation's technological advancement.
