Our Flagship Product for Extreme Corrosion Protection

 

This equipment is our flagship product. It is made for parts like calipers, brake brackets, and fuel lines. These parts need extreme corrosion resistance. We designed and built the first acid zinc-nickel caliper plating line in China. The process uses an alkaline non-cyanide system. The zinc-nickel alloy contains 12% to 15% nickel. Neutral salt spray tests exceed 1000 hours with no red rust. It also withstands heat. The coating stays intact at 300°C. These results follow GMW3044 and VDA 621-415 standards. Many OEMs treat this as a no-inspection solution.

Materials and Construction for Heavy Loads

Each caliper part can weigh up to 500 kg. The frame uses reinforced SUS316L stainless steel. The tank uses 20mm PP board. The drive system uses German SEW variable-frequency gear motors. Dual safety anti-fall mechanisms provide protection. We deploy online circulation analyzers at the control end. CVS or XRF monitors the bath online. The system gives real-time feedback on main salt concentration. The PLC automatic dosing system keeps nickel content variation within ±0.5%. This precision is hard for competitors to match.

Three Core Advantages

First, hydrogen embrittlement risk is very low.

Coating internal stress is under 30 MPa. We test for hydrogen embrittlement using ASTM F519 Type 1a method. All tests pass. This is especially good for ultra-high-strength bolts with yield strength over 1000 MPa.

 

Second, heat-resistant passivation is proven.

We integrate trivalent chromium black or color passivation. The passivation layer withstands 250°C without losing corrosion resistance. Calipers operate at high temperatures. This feature is essential.

 

Third, remote maintenance is available.

We provide a remote maintenance module. Customers can view bath history, equipment OEE, and fault alerts from a computer. Downtime is greatly reduced.

Buyers ask us: "Have you helped Benz and BMW suppliers with line certification?" Yes. This is not a lab sample. It is a production line. Other buyers ask: "What equipment configurations are available?" Single-arm fully automatic or cross-line gantry types are both available. The power supply is SCR or high-frequency switch mode. Current density range is 1 to 4 A/dm². For nickel-containing wastewater, we recommend ion exchange towers for zero discharge or recovery. This meets ISO 14001 and the strictest local discharge standards. As custom equipment, we can connect to your existing MES or ERP systems seamlessly.
