Standard parts, stampings, and pipe fittings need fast rust protection. Traditional alkaline zinc plating is slow. It cannot meet high-volume production needs. Our Acid Zinc Plating Equipment uses a potassium chloride acid zinc system. It solves this efficiency problem. Our acid zinc-nickel caliper line was the first in China. Key Data That Drives Throughput
Current efficiency is 95% to 100%. Deposition rate is 0.5 to 0.8 µm per minute. This is more than twice as fast as alkaline zinc. Single-line output goes up significantly. The coating is bright white with good surface flatness. Neutral salt spray test results range from 96 to 240 hours, depending on the passivator. This meets ASTM B633 and RoHS. Materials and Construction That Resist Corrosion

Acid plating solutions contain chloride ions. They are highly corrosive. Our tanks use acid-resistant PVC or PVDF linings. They resist chloride corrosion and do not leak. The equipment includes a fully automatic horizontal filter. Filtration precision is 5 microns. We also add an air agitation system. This keeps the solution clean and uniform. For barrel plating, the barrel is V-shaped or hexagonal PP with an open area of 12%. The drive system has variable frequency speed control. This prevents thin-walled parts from deforming or overlapping. Temperature is automatically controlled at 20 to 30°C. Summer heat is not a problem.
Three Core Advantages
First, deep holes get plated well.
We optimized the carrier brightener and benzyl acetone system. Using the Haring-Blue cell test, throwing power exceeds 70%. The inner walls of threaded parts get full coverage.
Second, foam is minimal and wastewater is easy to treat.
We use low-foam wetting agents. Foam does not overflow even with high-speed agitation. Wastewater treatment is simple. Adjust pH to 8.5 to 9.0 and zinc ions precipitate. COD removal reaches 90%.
Third, temperature control is stable.
Titanium heat exchangers and chillers work together. Bath temperature stays at 20 to 30°C automatically. No high-temperature clouding occurs in summer.
