Alkaline Zinc Plating Equipment
Alkaline Zinc Plating Equipment (JYC-ZN-Alkaline-Series)
Built for Small Parts That Need Strong Adhesion
This equipment is made for small parts like automotive fasteners, stampings, and die castings. These parts need a coating that is safe for the environment and has strong adhesion. Our Alkaline Zinc Plating Equipment uses a non-cyanide alkaline zinc process. It is safe for the environment. The coating has fine crystals. It bonds well with the base material. We have 12 patents and serve clients like China Electronics Technology Group and Southeast University. Our acid zinc-nickel caliper line was the first in China. It passed certification from Beijing Benz and BMW.

Key Data That Matters for Production
The barrel load is 50 to 150 kg per run. Current efficiency is 70% to 85%. The deposition rate is 0.2 to 0.3 µm per minute. This rate is important. It stops small parts from sticking together or deforming inside the barrel. The coating is uniform. It meets RoHS and WEEE standards. Our customers tell us that fasteners plated with this equipment have good adhesion for subsequent passivation layers. Salt spray test results are stable. We test and verify each batch to ISO 12683 standards.
Materials and Construction That Last

The machine frame uses SUS316L stainless steel. The tank is made of 20mm thick PP board. For barrel plating, the barrel is V-shaped or hexagonal. It is welded from PP or PVDF. The barrel has an open area over 10%. Hole sizes range from 0.8 mm to 4.0 mm. You can choose based on your part size. The drive system uses a gear motor. The conductive bar design keeps contact voltage drop low. We put baffles inside the tank. These eliminate dead zones in the barrel. Solution exchange is complete. You can add an automatic loading hopper to reduce labor.
Three Core Advantages
The conductive system works well.
The cathode head uses embedded copper or coated titanium. It comes with wear-resistant carbon brushes. Contact resistance is under 0.5 ohms. It will not burn or damage your parts.
Temperature and current are fully automatic.
A PLC controls the cooling coil or heater. Temperature stays at 20 to 35°C. The rectifier has segmented reverse current. This removes nodules from the barrel wall and part tips effectively.
Brightening is fast.
We include an automatic additive dosing pump. The brightening rate is 20% faster than traditional equipment. Plating time is shorter.
What Buyers Often Ask
Buyers ask us: "Can your equipment connect to Benz and BMW production lines?" Yes. Our process package has been verified by these OEMs. Other buyers ask: "Will centrifugal drying damage small parts after zinc plating?" We designed variable-frequency dewatering machines and automatic weighing packaging lines to solve this. You get more than a machine. You get a complete production solution. We handle installation, commissioning, and training. The post-treatment includes trivalent chromium passivation (blue-white, yellow, black) and hot-air drying. The hoist speed is adjustable up to 30 m/min. We deliver after 72 hours of continuous full-load testing.
