Built for Electroplating-Grade High-Purity Water

 

Electroplating, anodizing, and PCB wet processes all need high-purity water for solution makeup and rinsing. Our Industrial Pure Water Equipment produces this. Product water conductivity is below 0.1 µS/cm. Resistivity reaches 15 MΩ·cm or above (at 25°C). Silica content is under 0.01 mg/L. Production capacity ranges from 0.5 to 50 tons per hour. Recovery rate is 60% to 75%. With concentrate reuse, overall recovery reaches 90%. Product water is suitable for key processes like bath makeup and post-plate rinsing. Water quality meets ASTM D5127 and GB/T 11446.1.

 

Materials and Construction for Consistent Quality

 

The typical process flow is: raw water tank, multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, water softener, cartridge filter, double-pass RO, intermediate tank, EDI electrodeionization, polishing mixed bed, and pure water tank. Piping uses UPVC or SUS304 sanitary-grade pipe. Online conductivity, resistivity monitors, flow meters, and pressure gauges are included. Automatic flushing and regeneration functions are provided.

 

Three Core Advantages

First, continuous EDI electrodeionization is used.

No acid or alkali regeneration is needed. It continuously produces high-purity water with resistivity stable above 18 MΩ·cm. There is no wastewater discharge. Only a small amount of concentrate is produced. Operating cost is only 30% of traditional mixed beds.

 

Second, control is intelligent.

PLC plus HMI provides fully automatic operation. Timed water production, level interlocking, and automatic RO membrane flushing are programmable. Remote monitoring and alarm push are supported.

 

Third, the design saves water.

RO concentrate is partially reused for cooling tower makeup or floor cleaning. Overall water resource utilization increases to 85%.
